Paragon vintage tea cup with saucer A1548

I’m not familiar with this at all and I have searched online about this item. I came across etsy with this same set (view last 2 pictures please). I’m assuming that this is a rare item which is in excellent condition. The “xx” markings on the bottom, I’m assuming, means it’s the 20th set made.
