Blue Striped Barcode Pyrex 1 1/2 Pint Dish with Lid

This is a blue striped (barcode) 1 1/2 pint dish with lid. The dish has some oxidation but no chips or cracks but some marks, see pictures. This a rare 1960’s dish that would be a perfect addition to a collection.
