Mystery White Triangle FOB

Possible a masonic or other organizational Fob/charm/pendant. The mystery of me not knowing got me wondering.

The back is numbered 31 but I’m not sure what the makers marks above the number are.

I have never seen one that looks like this one!!!
If anybody knows about this reach out to me please I want to know it’s origins.
