Vintage Apothocar Jar

Tall amber blown glass pedestal jar with gold rosette and filigree design and adorned with 6 red glass “jewel” beads.
Some wear to gold, mostly around the base.
Has an air bubble inside the foot, last pic, it’s not a chip or crack.
Looks like Bohemian to me but I’m not positive
13” tall no chips or cracks
