Per the photos, impressed with “WEDGEWOOD© / MADE IN / ENGLAND” 61 and SG. Also, lightly marked under the foot “John Wedgwood / Albuquerque / 1963” See the photos.

Approx. 9 3/8” Diameter X 0.7” Tall.

Very Good to Excellent previously owned vintage condition. May have some signs of wear or age, I did not see any worthy of note other than a couple of marks under the rim. Nor did I see any damage, but it may have some maker’s imperfections that are to be expected. None worth noting other a dot of green that did not get covered with the white putty. See the photos.
