Attn Yarn lovers yarn lot Skinny yarn thread looks hand dyed

Skinny yarn thread looks hand dyed. Granny wound it onto paper towel centers. I’m not sure it’s use or type. It’s much thinner than the other yarns I have listed. Like extra fine. It looks like it’s hand dyed and is similar looking to wool or alpaca. I’m not an expert so if the price is off or you need more photos etc. just let me know.
