Lady Head Vase Napco C3343A Black Hat Red Lips, Nails, Pearl necklace and earrings. 1958 Made in Japan. National Potteries Co. She is in fair condition, with fading throughout. She is intact, but needs restoration from someone who can bring her back to her beautiful youth!
